Standard delivery uses Royal Mail 48 hour tracked - we aim to deliver within 2-5 working days, and is free on orders over £20 to UK postcodes*.

Next day delivery uses Royal Mail 24 hour tracked and is £5.99. Order before 2pm Monday - Friday to receive your order the next working day to UK postcodes*. This excludes bank holidays.

We also offer a guaranteed before 1pm next day delivery service for £9.99. Order before 2pm Monday - Friday to receive your order the next working day before 1pm to UK postcodes*. This excludes bank holidays. *Certain postcodes are ineligible for Royal Mail's guaranteed before 1pm, tracked 24 & tracked 48 service. Please check the Royal Mail website for all excluded postcodes.

Important Information:
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday, as our warehouse does not operate over the weekend or on bank holidays. Please review our delivery terms carefully before placing your order — we are unable to refund postage costs if delivery timeframes have not been met due to our clearly stated cut-off times and terms.

If you have not received your order by the end of the delivery period stated, please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us as we cannot investigate your order before this timeframe.
