What is your returns policy?Updated 3 days ago

Returns must be initiated within 28 days of receiving your order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers are entitled to inspect and handle items to determine suitability - similar to how they might do so in a physical retail store. This means you may try on an item to assess the fit or style, but not wear or use it beyond that.

To be eligible for a refund, items must:

  • Be in a clean, undamaged, and resalable condition
  • Be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Include proof of purchase

We reserve the right to decline a return or issue a partial refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is reasonably permitted for inspection (for example, visible wear, scratches, or removed protective films). This assessment will be made at our discretion.

Refund process:
Once your return is received and processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Refunds can take up to 14 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please contact us by clicking here.

Special conditions apply to:

  • Any accessories provided with your purchase (e.g. USB magnetic charging cables for smart watches) must also be returned in their original condition.

  • For gift sets containing earrings, these can only be returned if the seal on the earring packaging is unbroken and the return is made within 28 days.

  • For customers taking advantage of our smart watch free strap offer, if for any reason the watch is returned, the strap must also be returned for a full refund. If the free strap is not returned with your order, the RRP of the strap will be deducted from your refund amount.

Returning an item via our Guarantee Claim Form?

  • Please return your watch using a tracked or recorded delivery service.

  • We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit to us.

  • Before contacting us, check your tracking - if it’s not marked “Delivered”, please contact Royal Mail directly.

  • Once marked delivered, please allow 7–10 working days for us to process your return. We cannot provide updates before this time.

  • If approved, your replacement watch will be sent on a signed for delivery service to ensure safe arrival. 

Important: Returning Smart Watches with Personal Data

Before returning any smart watches, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all personal data has been removed from the device. This includes, but is not limited to:

•    Health and fitness data

•    Photos, messages, or contacts

•    Linked accounts or login details

•    Any paired mobile devices or apps

To comply with data protection regulations (including GDPR), the device must be reset to factory settings before it is returned to us. Failure to do so may delay processing or result in the item being returned to you. We cannot accept responsibility for any personal data left on a returned item.
