My order was marked delivered but it’s not hereUpdated 10 days ago

If your order has been marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, we recommend taking the following steps:

  • Check around your property for a safe place where the parcel may have been left.

  • Ask neighbours or building management in case they accepted the delivery on your behalf.

  • Confirm that the delivery address on your order confirmation is correct.

Please note that in some cases, parcels may be marked as delivered slightly in advance and may still arrive within the standard delivery window of 3–5 working days.
