How long is my Limit watch guaranteed for?Updated a day ago

At Limit, we care about you getting the most out of your watch, that’s why all our watches come with a 2 year guarantee. For watches that are outside of their guarantee period, please visit your local jeweller who will be able to assist you further. 
 
Your Sekonda watch is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. You do not need to register your guarantee to qualify for this service, simply keep your proof of purchase as it may be required.
 
We advise that our customers deal directly with Time Products UK for anything within its guarantee period should they require any advice or assistance. During this period, we will replace the faulty watch at our discretion. If you experience an issue with your watch, please don’t hesitate to fill our guarantee claim form. 

For any services or aftercare support on items outside of their guarantee period, please visit a reputable jeweller within your area, who will be more than happy to assist you with your query.

IMPORTANT – Not covered by Guarantee:

1. Batteries, straps and bracelets.
2. Damage caused by accident, misuse or lack of care. View our care instructions here.
3. Water penetration except in watches marked as “Water Resistant”.
