How to claim against my guaranteeUpdated 2 days ago

If your product has developed a fault and you would like us to assess it under guarantee, please complete the form below. 

You’ll need to provide your order number and a proof of purchase or invoice. Once submitted, our team will review your claim in line with our guarantee terms and determine whether a replacement can be issued — this is handled at our discretion based on the nature of the fault and the conditions of the guarantee.

Please note, if your product is within 28 days of your purchase, you will need to contact your original retailer of purchase directly. 

IMPORTANT – Not covered by Guarantee:

1. Batteries, straps and bracelets.
2. Damage caused by accident, misuse or lack of care. View our care instructions here.
3. Water penetration except in watches marked as “Water Resistant”.
