How to wear your watch correctlyUpdated 4 hours ago

  1. We recommend that straps and bracelets are always worn slightly loosely to allow air to circulate and any moisture to evaporate.
  2. Wearing your watch too tight can cause skin irritation. If you experience redness, swelling, itchiness or any other irritation. Please take your watch off immediately for a break.
  3. Keeping your watch and skin clean/dry maximises comfort and prevents long-term damage to your watch and your skin. This is especially important after workouts or exposure to liquids such as sweat, soap, sunscreen and lotions that can cause skin irritations.
  4. If your watch is exposed to any other liquids such as salt water, swimming pool water, soapy water, perfume, sunscreen, hand sanitiser, cosmetics, or other chemical products; wash it with clean water and dry it fully with a soft cloth.
  5. Any residue, including that from cosmetics and heavy perspiration, should be removed frequently to avoid changing the integrity of the watch materials.
  6. Avoid using the watch in extremely high temperature environments. This can trigger the watch to overheat and irritate the skin.
  7. Avoid using the watch in high humidity environments. This could affect the water resistance of the watch.
